Overview

  • The May 28 order moves 24 IPS and 14 DANIPS officers across special units, ranges and district commands.
  • David Lalringsanga (1995 batch) was appointed Special Commissioner of Police for the SPUWAC and SPUNER divisions.
  • Dheeraj Kumar and Raj Kumar Singh assumed roles as Joint Commissioner overseeing the Police Academy and Provisioning and Logistics.
  • Six IPS and five DANIPS officers were posted as Additional DCPs in districts including North, Dwarka, Rohini and South.
  • Senior officers such as Nidhin Valsan, Rajeev Ranjan and Sanjeev Kumar Yadav were reassigned to balance law enforcement priorities.
