- Since its 2022 national rollout, NAFIS has proved effective in matching chance prints from crime scenes and facilitating multiple arrests.
- Established in 2002, the Bomb Disposal Squad works with the Bomb Detection Team and conducts round-the-clock Anti-Sabotage Checks at sensitive and high-traffic venues.
- Both units will display their new insignias on official correspondence and jackets to underscore their critical roles in investigations and public safety.
