Connaught Place will have no vehicular access in its inner, middle, or outer circles unless vehicles carry valid passes, with diversions set up at key entry points.
Strict action will be taken against violations such as drunken driving, overspeeding, stunt biking, and reckless driving under the Motor Vehicles Act.
Designated parking areas with limited capacity have been announced, and visitors are encouraged to use public transport due to expected congestion.
Traffic diversions and pedestrian-focused arrangements will also be enforced around India Gate, Rajpath, and Mathura Road to manage large crowds and ensure safety.
