Delhi Police Files Case Against AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan’s Alleged Son for Misbehavior During Patrol

The alleged son of MLA Amanatullah Khan was accused of misbehaving with police and violating traffic laws while riding a motorcycle with a modified silencer.

Delhi Police confronted two boys riding a motorcycle erratically with a loud modified silencer in Okhla during a security patrol ahead of Republic Day.
One of the boys claimed to be the son of AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan and accused the police of targeting him due to his father’s political position.
The boys refused to provide identification or driving licenses and left the scene after one of them called Amanatullah Khan, who spoke to the Station House Officer.
The motorcycle was impounded, and a case was registered under multiple violations of the Motor Vehicle Act, with fines amounting to approximately ₹20,000.
The incident has surfaced as Amanatullah Khan campaigns for re-election in the Okhla constituency for the 2025 Delhi Assembly elections.
