- The Delhi Traffic Police issued an advisory on X for a Nagar Kirtan on November 4 tied to Prakash Gurpurab of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
- The procession begins at Bhai Mati Dass Chowk in Chandni Chowk and concludes at Gurdwara Nanak Piao Sahib on GT Karnal Road after passing Fatehpuri, Naya Bazaar, Pul Mithai, Azad Market, Roshanara Road, Ghanta Ghar Chowk and Shakti Nagar Chowk.
- Timed restrictions run from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM with targeted controls on SP Mukherji Road, Azad Market Road, Ghanta Ghar Chowk, Roshanara Road, Lala Jagan Nath Marg and Pul Mithai.
- Key diversions include Barafkhana Chowk traffic sent to Rani Jhansi Flyover and Lala Jagan Nath Marg, no entry towards Roshanara Road from Ghanta Ghar Chowk, and rerouting at Boulevard Road, DCM Chowk and Qutub Chowk.
