  • Delhi plans an 11.4-acre eco park at Holambi Kalan to process 51,000 tonnes of e-waste annually across all 106 categories.
  • The design includes zero-landfill protocols, digital waste tracking, real-time air-quality monitoring and rare-earth extraction systems.
  • Under a 15-year DBFOT concession, the selected PPP partner will build the park with construction slated to finish 18 months after contract award.
  • The project carries ₹150 crore in capital costs and aims to generate over ₹350 crore in revenue while creating thousands of green jobs.
