Overview
- Registrations are open nationwide through October 31 on the DPCC website for ready-to-test ideas targeting Delhi’s particulate pollution.
- Submissions must reduce PM2.5/PM10 or curb emissions from BS‑IV or older vehicles with deployable solutions for roads, construction sites or industrial areas.
- A three-stage pathway will screen proposals, run independent field or lab trials, and require final validation by the National Physical Laboratory or equivalent bodies.
- Projects clearing stage two receive ₹5 lakh, and technologies validated for deployment can earn up to ₹50 lakh and recommendation for government-scale adoption.
- Evaluation prioritizes measurable pollution cuts, affordability, suitability to Delhi’s conditions, speed of installation and reliable monitoring, with example asks such as tyre-dust-trapping road coatings and tailpipe capture devices.
