Overview
- Chief Minister Rekha Gupta unveiled NEEEV, Science of Living and Rashtraneeti at the Namo Vidya Utsav held during the 15-day Seva Pakhwada at Bharat Mandapam.

- Science of Living is rooted in the Pancha Kosha framework and Indian knowledge systems, integrating yoga, meditation, cyber awareness and ethics modules to strengthen emotional intelligence and civic responsibility.
