• From August 2025, Green Category Consent to Operate applications will be deemed approved if the Delhi Pollution Control Committee does not act within 20 days.
• The accelerated timeline replaces the previous 120-day approval period, ending long-standing procedural bottlenecks for low-risk sectors.
• More than 65 industry types—including apparel manufacturing, cold storage facilities and PVC product units—will benefit under the policy.
