Delhi High Court Seeks Government and Agency Replies Over Karol Bagh Blaze Probe

Authorities have four weeks to respond to petitions urging a court-monitored investigation of fire safety enforcement failures

  • A bench led by Chief Justice D K Upadhyaya and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela issued notices on July 16 under two public interest litigations filed by Kutumb and Anand Legal Aid Forum Trust.
