Delhi High Court Grants John Doe Injunction Shielding Raj Shamani’s Persona From AI Misuse

  • Platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube and Telegram were directed to block or remove infringing posts and videos, with basic subscriber information to be disclosed for anonymous uploaders.
