Overview

• Under the MoU, the Delhi government will collaborate with the Capacity Building Commission and Karmayogi Bharat to roll out Mission Karmayogi across all state departments.
• Officials will be onboarded onto the integrated government online training (iGOT) portal in what is set to become one of the largest state-level digital training initiatives under the programme.
• The partnership will deliver structured, purpose-driven programs designed to build modern administrative competencies, leadership skills and a service-oriented mindset among staff.
• The Capacity Building Commission will lead the Framework of Roles, Activities & Competencies (FRAC) exercise to define clear departmental roles, responsibilities and required skills.
• Every government employee will receive a digital competency passbook to record their training history, assessments and learning progress.
