  • Transgender individuals can self-declare their gender identity and obtain identity certificates and ID cards from the District Magistrate.
  • Planned infrastructure projects include third-gender toilets in government buildings and dedicated hospital wards with gender-specific health services.
  • Administration will conduct sensitization campaigns in schools and workplaces and establish temporary shelters, employment training and tailored social security programs.
