- The Delhi government has completed preparations for a three-day Teej Mela from July 25 to 27 at Dilli Haat, Pitampura, with Chief Minister Rekha Gupta inaugurating the festivities.
- Organizers have allocated 80 stalls to showcase traditional arts and crafts, featuring embroidery, block printing, ethnic wear and regional cuisine.
- The venue will be transformed with immersive décor including 3D entry gates, colorful chandeliers, buntings, hanging lights and LED spot lighting.
- Attendees can engage with digital attractions such as three themed selfie booths—one offering augmented reality—and AI-assisted mehndi design services.
- The program features folk performances, a dedicated kids’ zone, women’s empowerment workshops and a ‘Women in Green’ fashion walk culminating in the selection of Miss Teej 2025.
