• The APAL Project is a flagship initiative of Germany’s Federal Employment Agency offering dual vocational training abroad
• Participants will spend three to three-and-a-half years combining classroom instruction with hands-on industrial experience in German companies
• Students are expected to secure industry placements upon completing their training and to return with globally recognised certifications
• The scheme aligns with India’s Skill India mission and aims to broaden educational equity by supporting learners from economically weaker backgrounds
