Delhi Extends Loudspeaker Cutoff to Midnight for Ramlila, Durga Puja and Dussehra Through Oct. 3

A lieutenant governor–approved order makes permissions contingent on strict noise caps with district clearances required.

Overview

  • Formal permission covers Sept. 22–Oct. 3 and raises the limit from 10 pm to 12 am for specified religious events only.
