Repeated requests for his meal were ignored, and his emergency call light went unanswered for nearly 30 minutes, raising concerns about safety protocols.
A fellow passenger offered him food, but the airline eventually served his meal during descent, along with the wrong beverage, further frustrating him.
IndiGo issued an apology, stating they are taking steps to prevent similar incidents, while Dr. Datta plans to escalate the matter to consumer forums.
