Delhi Court Grants Interim Bail to Rau's IAS Study Circle CEO and Coordinator

Three civil service aspirants died in the basement of Rau's IAS Study Circle in July due to severe flooding.
The deceased students were Shreya Yadav, Tanya Soni, and Nivin Dalwin, from Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala respectively.
Principal District and Sessions Judge Anju Bajaj Chandna granted bail on the condition of personal bonds and sureties worth Rs 1 lakh each.
Gupta is required to deposit Rs 2.5 crore with the Red Cross Society by November 30 as part of the bail conditions.
The Supreme Court has called for an interim report on safety measures from a Centre-appointed panel within four weeks.
