Delhi Court Accepts CBI Closure Report in Satyendar Jain’s PWD Hiring Case

Overview

  • Special Judge Dig Vinay Singh formally closed the FIR filed in May 2018 after a four-year CBI probe found no evidence of personal gain, bribery or procedural violations.
