Overview
- The incident occurred on December 20 around 9:30–9:39 pm in a four-storey residential building in Mohan Garden, Dwarka, according to police.
- Beat constable Anil Mahla entered a smoke-filled kitchen, dragged the burning cylinder outside, and extinguished the flames before responders arrived.
