  • Delhi LG V.K. Saxena has summoned the third session of the eighth Legislative Assembly to meet at 2pm on August 4, with proceedings scheduled through August 8 and potential extensions.
  • All notices, questions, and resolutions must be filed exclusively via the NeVA portal by 5pm on the working day before they are due.
  • An 11am daily balloting process in the secretary’s room will determine the priority order of the first ten Special Mentions.
  • A dedicated NeVA Sewa Kendra will operate from 9:30am to 6pm to assist MLAs with digital submissions and technical queries.
  • The session agenda includes the Delhi School Education Transparency in Fixation and Regulation of Fees Bill, 2025, proposing fines of ₹1–5 lakh for first offences with escalating penalties for repeat violations and delayed refunds.
