Overview
- The dam has stored 5.147 million cubic metres of water, marking 5% live storage and triggering overflow discharge at Reduced Level 90.00 metres.
- Approximately 80% of physical construction is complete and the project holds all required environmental and technical clearances.
- The Rs 2,599.15 crore initiative is managed by the Konkan Irrigation Development Corporation with Rs 1,689.42 crore funded so far by the MMRDA.
