• Producers WildBrain and Peacock Alley released the first-look trailer on Aug. 27 and confirmed a world premiere on Sept. 13 as a TIFF 50 Official Selection.
• Aubrey 'Drake' Graham appears in the trailer recalling his hiring and early experiences on the series.
• Directed by Lisa Rideout, the documentary features interviews with creator Linda Schuyler, executive producer Stephen Stohn and superfan Kevin Smith alongside cast from multiple eras.
• The film examines how Degrassi reshaped teen television by tackling topics such as teen pregnancy, LGBTQ identity, abortion, substance use, domestic abuse and mental health.
• Executive producers include Josh Scherba, Stephanie Betts and Angela Boudreault for WildBrain, with Carrie Mudd executive producing and producing alongside Erin Sharp for Peacock Alley.
