• FDNY brought the body ashore near the Hunters Point South Kayak Ramp, and EMS pronounced the man dead at the scene.
• The deceased is a man whose identity and age have not yet been determined, with next-of-kin notification pending.
• The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death, and the investigation remains active with no arrests reported.
