December 2025 Visa Bulletin Advances EB Cutoffs, With Notable Gains for India and EB-5

USCIS will soon decide whether to accept early adjustment filings based on the filing chart.

In December, the Final Action Dates for Indian applicants have progressed: EB-1 to March 15, 2022, EB-2 to May 15, 2013, and EB-3 to September 22, 2013, with unchanged Dates for Filing Applications.
