• The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences announced on August 18 that Norville will receive its Lifetime Achievement Award at the 52nd Daytime Emmy Awards in Pasadena on Oct. 17, 2025.
• NATAS president and CEO Adam Sharp praised her for bringing intelligence, integrity and compassion to journalism over a career spanning more than 45 years.
• Norville stepped down from Inside Edition in May after anchoring the show since 1995, making her the longest-serving female anchor in U.S. television history.
• Her résumé includes roles at CBS News, NBC’s Today and a Daytime Emmy nomination along with two News & Documentary Emmy wins.
