Deadly Blast at Jabalpur Ordnance Factory Leaves 2 Dead, 15 Injured

A malfunction in the hydraulic system during bomb-filling operations caused a powerful explosion, collapsing part of the factory building.

The explosion occurred at the Central Security Institute Ordnance Factory in Khamaria, Jabalpur, on Tuesday morning.
Two employees were killed, and 15 others were injured, with two in critical condition, as confirmed by officials.
The blast was reportedly caused by a hydraulic system malfunction during the bomb-filling process in the F-6 section of the factory.
Emergency services, including police and fire brigades, responded promptly, and rescue operations are ongoing.
