• Valve will unlock one character every other day over the next two weeks on a Monday–Wednesday–Friday schedule.
• The six additions are Mina, Billy, Paige, The Doorman, Victor, and Drifter.
• Mina is playable now and is described as a glass‑cannon vampire with fast ranged attacks.
• The new Hideout replaces the Dashboard with a social pre‑match space where players can invite friends, vote on the next unlock, and test heroes at a practice range.
• The patch refreshes visuals with lighting improvements to the map and a revamped character‑select screen, with balance and further map updates planned after the rollout.
