• Registration opened on August 26 at 11:00 AM via eservices.dda.org.in, with online EMD and registration due by September 24 at 6:00 PM and final submissions due by September 26 at 6:00 PM.
• The scheme lists 311 HIG, MIG and LIG flats in prime pockets such as Jasola Pocket 9B and Dwarka Sectors 16B and 19B, with additional SFS and EHS units available.
• Reserved price bands reported: HIG ₹1.64–2.54 crore, MIG ₹60 lakh–1.5 crore, LIG ₹39–54 lakh, SFS ₹90 lakh–₹1.07 crore, and EHS about ₹38.7 lakh, with final prices determined by auction.
