- The booking window begins November 7 at 12 pm for ready-to-move homes under the Jan Sandharan Awaas Yojana.
- Flats are offered across Shivaji Marg (Moti Nagar), Ramgarh Colony near Jahangirpuri Metro, Rohini Sectors 34–35, and Narela Sector G6–G7, Pocket 11 near the proposed Rithala–Narela–Kundli Metro corridor.
- Applicants must register online and pay ₹2,500, with booking amounts set at ₹1,00,000 for LIG units and ₹50,000 for EWS units.
- Prices start at a tentative ₹11.8 lakh, with final costs dependent on actual plinth area and excluding certain charges such as water-connection and conversion fees.
- Units are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, the scheme closes December 21, and Phase 1 sold out on its opening day.
