DDA Cuts Amalgamation Charges to 1% and Approves Premium Housing and Narela Reforms

These changes respond to criticisms of unaffordable levies in Delhi that have pushed developers to nearby NCR markets.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has approved a series of reforms aimed at revitalising the capital’s commercial real estate. It also cleared the launch of the Housing Scheme 2025, offering 177 residential flats to middle and lower-income groups. (Photo for representational purposes only)
