- Berlin’s A100 is fully closed nightly between Schmargendorf and Heckerdamm from October 13 to 17 (21:00–05:00) for Ringbahnbrücke preparations, with further major restrictions at Dreieck Funkturm from October 30 to November 3 for bridge demolition.
- The A40 between Kreuz Duisburg and Duisburg‑Kaiserberg will be closed in both directions from October 17 (21:00) to October 20 (05:00) to remove a decommissioned bridge, with additional ramp closures tied to long-running works through 2027.
- The A8 Albaufstieg toward Munich will be fully shut between Mühlhausen im Täle and Merklingen over two weekends, October 17–20 and October 31–November 3, for pavement and bridge works, with wide detours via the A6/A7.
- Cleanup after bridge blasts at the Rüsselsheimer Dreieck has overrun, leaving the A67 closure in place longer than planned and causing notable congestion, according to regional reports.
- From February 6 to July 10, 2026, DB will close Nürnberg–Regensburg for a corridor renewal, rerouting ICE via Ingolstadt and running about 90 replacement buses daily while stations and infrastructure are upgraded.
