- At 2:00 a.m. Sunday, March 8, clocks move forward to 3:00 a.m.; at 2:00 a.m. Sunday, November 1, they shift back to 1:00 a.m.
- The change covers most of the United States, while Hawaii, most of Arizona (except the Navajo Nation), Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa do not observe it.
