Dawood Ibrahim's Ancestral Properties Auctioned; Delhi Lawyer Buys Two Plots

Dawood Ibrahim's four ancestral properties in Mumbake village, Ratnagiri district, Maharashtra were auctioned off, with two receiving no bids.
Delhi-based lawyer Ajay Srivastava purchased two of the properties, including a small plot with a reserve price of ₹15,440 for a whopping ₹2 crore.
Srivastava, who previously bought three of Dawood's properties, plans to establish a Sanatan school on the purchased land.
Srivastava has faced legal battles and threats from Dawood's criminal organization, D Company, for his previous purchases.
The auction was conducted under the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976.
