Richard alleges that Combs groped her, withheld promised payments, and prevented her from eating and sleeping during their professional relationship.
She claims to have witnessed Combs physically assault his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura and says she was threatened with violence when attempting to intervene or speak out.
Combs, currently held in federal custody on racketeering and sex trafficking charges, has denied the allegations, calling them false and financially motivated.
Prosecutors have accused Combs of witness tampering while in jail, citing alleged unauthorized phone contact with Kalenna Harper, another former bandmate of Richard.
