David Walliams, former judge on Britain's Got Talent, has reached an 'amicable resolution' with the show's producer, Fremantle, over a privacy case.
Walliams had sued Fremantle for misuse of private information and breaching data laws after his private remarks about contestants were leaked.
The comedian left the show in 2022 after the comments he made during filming breaks were published.
Fremantle has apologized and expressed regret over the distress caused to Walliams, stating they have reviewed their production practices to fully respect the expectations of their talent.
Walliams claimed the leak caused him psychiatric harm and financial loss, including the withdrawal of a £1m offer for him to return to the show and cancellation of TV appearances and stage adaptations of his books.
