David Kramer Named CEO of United Talent Agency, Succeeding Jeremy Zimmer

Kramer will assume the role on June 1, 2025, as Zimmer transitions to Executive Chairman and remains on UTA's Board of Directors.

David Kramer, currently UTA's president, will officially take over as CEO on June 1, 2025, following a planned leadership transition.
Jeremy Zimmer, who has served as CEO since 2012, will assist Kramer during the transition period and remain on the company's Board of Directors.
Under Zimmer’s leadership, UTA expanded from a boutique literary agency to a global enterprise, acquiring 19 companies and diversifying into music, sports, publishing, and digital talent representation.
Kramer, who began his career in UTA’s mailroom, has been instrumental in the agency’s growth, including its acquisition of the UK-based Curtis Brown Group and securing strategic investment from EQT.
UTA Board Chairman Paul Wachter emphasized the agency's strong position for future growth under Kramer’s leadership, citing his client-focused approach and strategic vision.
