David Droga to Step Down as CEO of Accenture Song for Vice Chair Role

  • David Droga will leave the CEO position in September and transition to vice chair across all of Accenture at the end of the fiscal year.
  • Ndidi Oteh, who has led Accenture Song Americas since 2011, is set to become CEO of Accenture Song on Sept. 1 and join the global management committee.
  • Nick Law will move into the newly created role of creative strategy and experience lead and secure a seat on the global management committee.
  • Under Droga’s leadership since 2021, Accenture Song’s revenue rose from $12.5 billion to $19 billion for the fiscal year ending Aug. 31, 2024.
  • In 2022, Droga oversaw the rebranding of Accenture Interactive to Accenture Song and integrated over 40 acquisitions under the unified brand.
