David Droga to Step Down as CEO of Accenture Song and Become Vice Chair of Accenture

The transition aligns with Accenture’s strategy to scale its AI-powered creative services under new leadership.

Overview

  • The leadership transition takes effect September 1, concluding Droga’s four-year tenure as head of Accenture Song.
  • Ndidi Oteh, who has led Song’s Americas business since 2011, will assume the CEO role and join Accenture’s Global Management Committee.
  • Creative chairperson Nick Law will become Accenture Song’s creative strategy and experience lead and also join the Global Management Committee.
  • During Droga’s leadership, annual revenue for Accenture Song climbed from $12.5 billion to $19 billion by the fiscal year ending August 2024.
  • Following its 2022 rebranding from Interactive to Song, the division has united over 40 acquisitions under one brand and embedded AI into more than 30% of client engagements.
