• Byrne released his second single, “She Explains Things to Me,” on July 16 as a contemplative follow-up to June’s “Everybody Laughs.”

• ‘Who Is the Sky?’ will arrive September 5 via Matador Records as Byrne’s first solo album since American Utopia in 2018.
• Produced by Kid Harpoon, the LP features high-profile contributions from St. Vincent, Hayley Williams and The Smile drummer Tom Skinner across orchestral settings.
