The 1984 attack targeted the Conservative Party conference, killing five people and injuring 34, including Jo Berry's father.
Magee was sentenced to eight life terms but was released in 1999 under the Good Friday Agreement.
Berry and Magee have met numerous times since 2000, with Berry seeking to understand Magee's perspective rather than condemn him.
Berry hopes Magee will one day denounce violence entirely, as she continues to promote peace and reconciliation.
