Danielle Kelsen, 55, was taken into custody in Southwest Harbor, Maine, on a New Hampshire arrest warrant. She is charged with second-degree murder alleging reckless conduct showing extreme indifference, as well as unlawful wiretapping for allegedly intercepting oral communications with the victim. An extradition hearing is scheduled for Dec. 10 in Ellsworth District Court in Maine following a preliminary fugitive proceeding. If extradited, she is expected to be arraigned at the 10th Circuit Court — Brentwood District Division in New Hampshire. Janet Kelsen was found dead on Feb. 9 at 133 Front St. in Exeter after an autopsy determined blunt force injuries and a death not consistent with an accident.
