Overview
- Reliance Aerostructure will transfer 2% of Dassault Reliance Aerospace Ltd to Dassault Aviation for about Rs 175.96 crore, with completion expected by November 1, 2025.
- Dassault’s stake will rise from 49% to 51%, converting DRAL into its subsidiary as Reliance reclassifies the venture as an associate with a 49% holding.
