• Dashcam video first aired by BBC London shows a pedicab veering across Charing Cross Road into an N19 bus near Phoenix Street at about 1am on August 25.
• Three men were taken to hospital; two, aged 23 and 25, remain in care with injuries assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing, and one has been discharged.
• London Ambulance Service and a trauma team from London’s Air Ambulance attended the scene after the collision outside the Phoenix Theatre.
