• On August 8, 2025, TMZ Sports published the full dash-cam footage capturing the March 10, 2024, confrontation at a Scottsdale, Arizona, Starbucks drive-through.
• The video shows Suggs and another driver disputing an alleged vehicle bump before Suggs retrieved a handgun, dangled it outside his window and issued verbal threats.
• Prosecutors initially charged Suggs with threatening or intimidating and disorderly conduct, but he pleaded guilty in February to a reduced disorderly conduct count.
