• Criss accepted the Tony for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Musical on June 8 at Radio City Music Hall for his portrayal of Oliver in Maybe Happy Ending
• In his speech he called Mia Swier “the real hero” for handling family responsibilities so he could perform eight shows a week
