Daria Saville revealed the pregnancy on Instagram with a tennis-court video featuring an ultrasound and the couple’s dog, Tofu.
The post showed the message “Baby due March 26,” and subsequent reports specified the year as 2026.
Given the March due date, Saville is not expected to compete at the 2026 Australian Open in January.
Saville, currently ranked around No.160, is a former No.20 whose progress has been hindered by achilles and plantar fasciitis issues and a torn ACL in September 2022.
Her husband Luke Saville retired at the 2025 Australian Open after a doubles-focused career that included the 2020 Australian Open doubles final, as peers and fans offered congratulations.
