Danny Masterson Gives Full Custody of Daughter to Estranged Wife While Serving Prison Sentence

Masterson's approval for custody follows a divorce filing from Bijou Phillips citing "irreconcilable differences" after he was sentenced to a 30-year prison term for two counts of forcible rape.

Danny Masterson, convicted of two counts of forcible rape and serving a 30-year sentence, has agreed to give full custody of their 9-year-old daughter, Fianna, to his estranged wife, Bijou Phillips.
Court documents reveal Masterson is requesting visitation rights, which, if granted, would be supervised and conducted at the prison.
Despite standing by Masterson throughout the trial and reaffirming her belief in his innocence, Phillips filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences almost two weeks after his sentencing.
The former couple, who married in October 2011, list their separation date as September 15, just a week post Masterson's sentencing.
In addition to custody, Phillips is also seeking spousal support and the denial of any financial support for Masterson. She is also reported to be seeking a return to her legal name, Bijou Phillips.
