Composer Danny Elfman is being sued by Nomi Abadi over claims he didn't fully pay a settlement related to her sexual harassment allegations against him.
Abadi accused Elfman of indecent exposure and masturbating in front of her without consent, which he denies.
The two reached an $830K settlement in 2018, but Abadi claims Elfman didn't make two $42.5K payments in 2019 and 2021.
Elfman denies the allegations and says he and Abadi had a platonic relationship.
Abadi founded a non-profit for female composers partly funded by the settlement payments.
