Daniil Donchenko Wins TUF 33 Welterweight Title With First-Round TKO at Noche UFC 3

The rescheduled finale, moved from UFC 319 due to Rodrigo Sezinando’s injury, delivered Donchenko a UFC contract.

The bout opened the Noche UFC 3 prelims at Frost Bank Center in San Antonio and aired live on ESPN/ESPN+.
Donchenko cut Sezinando with elbows, dropped him with a right hand, then finished with ground-and-pound for the stoppage.
The matchup was postponed from August’s UFC 319 after Sezinando was injured during camp.
The result crowned Donchenko the season’s welterweight winner with a UFC deal as he moved to 12-2 (1-0 UFC), while Sezinando fell to 8-2 (0-1 UFC).
In his post-fight interview with Daniel Cormier, Donchenko vowed to keep the same aggressive approach and joined flyweight winner Joseph Morales as TUF 33’s contract earners.
